Waldorf Families Enjoy Annual Spring Festival

On Sunday, May 4 the Waldorf School of Garden City held their annual Spring Festival. Organized by the school’s Parents Association and Faculty Festival Committee, families and friends of the school admiring a beautiful afternoon on the beautiful school grounds while enjoying picnic lunches. The school’s Admissions Office also hosted an Open House along with an exhibit of student work-in-progress. Activities throughout the day included the traditional maypole dance and a marionette show by the 7th graders. Later that afternoon, the senior class hosted a presentation of their art, handwork and woodwork projects.
