The Children’s Librarians would like to see and share artwork done by children from age 2 through grade 5. There are three easy ways to submit artwork. First go to the Library website www.gardencitypl.org and click on “The Virtual Library”. Then click on the menu on the right side of the page, click on Kid Stuff, and  click Send Children’s Artwork. From the website www.gardencitypl.org click on “The Virtual Library”, then on the top menu bar, click News, then click “Children’s News”, then click Send Children’s Artwork. You can also go to the submission page directly at  www.gardencitypl.org/submit-childrens-artwork/.

Artwork submitted will be stored and can be viewed. Please put a small description of the artwork in the designated box so it can be easily found when searching.  There is an option to view past submissions under, “Send Children’s Artwork”. At the discretion of the Children’s Librarians, some submissions may be posted to the Garden City Public Library’s Children’s Department’s Facebook Page  www.facebook.com/GCPLChildrens/.
