The Garden City Stormers went undefeated during the two-day Hershey Memorial Day Challenge. The girls battled a fierce competitor during the championship game and outlasted their opponent in overtime. The Stormers secured the 1-0 victory with a 25-yard strike over the opposing keeper’s outstretched hands with 30 seconds remaining on the clock. It was a thrilling outcome and a well-deserved championship.
This was the Stormers third straight tournament victory of the season!
