On Tuesday, June 7th, the Garden City Association of Girl Scouts held their annual Awards Ceremony at Stratford School. Girl Scout members, families, friends and dignitaries were invited to honor the outstanding achievements of Girl Scouts who earned their Gold, Silver and Bronze Awards. Adult Volunteers were also recognized for their service in providing outstanding support to the delivery of the Girl Scout experience.
2022 GOLD Award Recipients:
The Girl Scout Gold Award is the highest achievement within the Girl Scouts of the USA. It is earned by Senior and Ambassador Girl Scouts (grades 9-12); only 5.4% of eligible Girl Scouts successfully earn the Gold Award.

The Girl Scouts of the United States of America Appreciation Pin Award recognizes an individual’s exemplary service in support of delivering the Girl Scout leadership experience to at least one geographic area of service.
