Steve Espey of the Garden City Recreation Department talks to young adults about the precautions to take while babysitting at the parks, pools, and in the home during the Safety Session of the Babysitting Workshop. This session was held Thursday, April 3 at the Library with Detective Richard Pedone. Neo-natal nurses Joanne Tanck and Georgette Basso gave the session on Child Care and First Aid on Thursday, April 10th. Those who attended both sessions of the Babysitting Workshop earned a certificate of completion.
