United Way Announces Garden City Fund Recipients



United Way of Long Island awarded grants to 22 Garden City-based health and human service agencies, totaling $22,000 for 2011. The Garden City Fund of United Way of Long Island works to advance the common good in and around the Garden City community by investing in programs that address critical needs in education, income/financial stability and health.
