Pajama Day At Garden City Community Church Nursery School
Coloring while bunny watches It's not every day that you can wear pajamas to school, but on Thursday, February 16th the students at Garden City Community Church Nursery School did just that! They came dressed up as Spiderman, the Little Mermaid and others as they snuggled with their favorite stuffed animals. The little ones learned how to make fresh-squeezed orange juice, "sewed" little pillows for their animals and had fun with other sleepy-time activities with their attentive, experienced faculty.
The excitement from Pajama Day and other special activities at CCNS will continue through the spring and into July. New this year will be "Community Adventures," a summer nursery school in July. All are welcome to register their children who are entering a three or four-year-old program, or kindergarten.
The Garden City Community Church Nursery School has been committed to quality early childhood education since 1953. It is located in the Garden City Community Church at 245 Stewart Avenue, corner of Whitehall Boulevard. Call the school office at 516.746.1756, visit www.GCCCNurserySchool.com or email GCCCNursery@yahoo.com for more information or to schedule a tour.
