To the Editor:

FACT: Burglaries in the East are up 17% last year over the previous year and up again this year, while burglaries in Garden City overall are down. But Trustee Episcopia was silent about what he proposed to do - never contacting all the residents of the East with a plan. Perhaps he doesn't care that burglaries endanger us and our children and affect our property values? Perhaps he doesn't want to spend our tax dollars to do anything? We need a trustee who will represent what the people of the East want and need - not his own agenda of cost cutting. Vote for Jon Segerdahl!
