Prior to starting seminary, she worked as a community minister at Lemuel Haynes UCC in Jamaica, Queens. Currently, CB is a member of Judson, as well as part of the in-care program. She is particularly fascinated by the ways individuals and communities narrate their own stories of healing and resistance, practicing intentionality, and cultivating power and wholeness.
