Fall Developmental Program for 3rd Graders
The Garden City Centennial Soccer Club is offering a Developmental Program for 3rd Graders this fall. The program is geared towards children that wish to further develop their skills in preparation for travel soccer and will require a strong commitment by your child. Participants will be expected to attend advanced training clinics and compete in scrimmages in the Nassau Developmental League in addition to their regular intramural games, practices and clinics.
While this is great preparation for travel soccer, this program is not a pre-requisite for travel and does not assure your child’s placement on a travel team. The program will by run by Storm Soccer Academy. More information on Storm Soccer Academy can be found at http://www.stormacademy.com
The program will cost $300 per player, plus your child must be an active intramural player to participate. To register, click the registration link on the Centennials website at http://www.gccentennialsoccer.org/ Select “Boys/ Girls Developmental Program” in the Registration Period drop down box on the registration form. You will also need to register for the “Boys/ Girls Fall 2010” intramural program if not done so already. Registration deadline is August 31st.
