The GCAA will be holding travel baseball tryouts for any child between ages 8 and 13 the week of Aug. 9th. Players wishing to tryout need to pre-register via email. To determine the age your child is eligible to play on, use the little league birth date for 2011 (your child’s age on April 30, 2011.) and email the respective age coordinator. If you will be away during that week you must attend an early tryout, please contact the respective age coordinator immediately.

All ages with 2 nights need to attend both nights. Tryouts for U8 & U9 may be condensed to just Aug 9TH for this age.

There is NO longer a minimum school grade a player must be in - all teams are now based on little league age.

Additional Requirements (each criteria must be met):

A) Eligible players must live or attend school in Garden City.

B) Players must be willing to play baseball on a year round basis and be committed to travel

C) All players must also play GCAA in the Spring of 2011 to remain on travel rosters in Spring & Summer of 2011.
