The Garden City B Swim Team came out on top against Averill with a score of 197-115. Results of the events were as follows:

Medley Relay

Sr. Girls: Michelle Levano, Caroline Bianchi, Amanda Volpe and Mary Kate O’Sullivan placed 2nd with Erin Wallace Shannon Callahan, Emily Donovan and Alexandra Rudolph coming in 3rd.

Sr. Boys: Bryan Sallecker, Andrew Sallecker, Matthew Varano and Treavor swam a close race placing 2nd with Liam Fitzgerald, Patrick Harlin, Joe Levano and Nick Pena 3rd.

Freestyle:

8&Under Girls: In an all GC finish Abbey Brita, Caroline Dealy and Sophia Boccio placed 1st, 2nd and 3rd respectively.

8&Under Boys: Raymond Rudolph was the 1st place finisher with Dean Trapani securing 2nd place.

9&10 Girls: Cate Schick picked up points for the team with a 2nd place finish.

9&10 Boys: Harry Ernst came in 2nd with Ryan Walsh taking 3rd.

11&12 Girls: Allison Giraldo grabbed 1st place in this event for the second time this season.

11&12 Boys: Brendan Schick and Treavor Aquino placed 1st and 2nd respectively.

13&Up Girls: Mary Kate O’Sullivan and Jen Leary were the 2nd and 3rd place finishers.

13&Up Boys: 2nd and 3rd place were locked in by Andrew Sallecker and Kieran O’Sullivan.

Backstroke:

8&Under Girls: GC went one, two in this event with Eva Herrera placing 1st and Julia Remick 2nd.

8&Under Boys: In a photo finish Dylan McDonald and Paul Varano placed 1st and 2nd respectively.

9&10 Girls: Cate Schick finished 1st with Elena Dichiara picking up 3rd place.

9&10 Boys: In an all GC race John Schlatler, Logan Aquino and Carlos Africa placed 1st, 2nd and 3rd respectively.

11&12 Girls: Allison Giraldo and Erin Wallace secured 1st and 2nd place.

11&12 Boys: Brendan Schick took an early lead to secure 1st place with David Leary coming in 3rd.

13&Up Girls: Michelle Levano held to a solid 2nd place finish.

13&Up Boys: Bryan Sallecker swam to a 2nd place finish with Patrick Mardin coming in 3rd.

Breaststroke:

8&Under Girls: GC swept this event with Clair Schick, Michaela Keating and Sarah Collatti placing 1st, 2nd and 3rd respectively.

8&Under Boys: In an all GC race, Dylan McDonald, Grant Krawice and George Arianas placed 1st 2nd and 3rd respectively.

9&10 Girls: Alexis Varano turning in a strong 2nd place finish with Alexa Molly touching for 3rd.

9&10 Boys: Patrick Creaven swam to a 1st place finish.

11&12 Girls: Amanda Volpe took the lead to place 1st with Caroline Bianchi edging out the competition to hold onto 2nd place.

11&12 Boys: 1st place was earning by Joe Levano.

13&Up Girls: Annie Blanco swam to a 2nd place finish with Shannon Callahan picking up points with a 3rd place finish.

13&Up Boys: In an incredible close finish the times showed Mike O’Sullivan took 1st with Andrew Sallecker 2nd. Billy Mardin secured 3rd.

Butterfly:

8&Under Girls: In an all GC race Caroline Dealy, Reese Bauer and Jordan Molgano placed 1st, 2nd and 3rd respectively.

8&Under Boys: Half way through the race Paul Varano pulled ahead to a 1st place finish with Riley Bauer coming in 2nd.

9&10 Girls: Against tough competition Caitlin Bianchi placed 2nd with a strong 3rd place finish by Delany Comerford.

9&10 Boys: Stephen Bernhard swam to a 2nd place finish.

11&12 Girls: Amanda Volpe and Meghan Creaven placed 2nd and 3rd respectively. 11&12 Boys: In a close race Joe Levano grabbed 1st with Matthew Varano placing 2nd. 13&Up Girls: 2nd place was secured by Mary Kate O’Sullivan.

13&Up Boys: Kieran O’Sullivan came in 3rd, barely behind the competition.

Freestyle Relay

Jr. Girls: Cate Schick, Alessia Arianas, Alexis Varano and Caitlin Bianchi swam a close race touching just behind the competition for 2ndplace. Alexandra Stefanik, Audrey White, Clara Feron and Sydney Freese came in 3rd .

Jr. Boys: In the most exciting race of the day Harry Ernst, Patrick Creaven, Logan Aquino and Stephen Bernard inched out the competition to finish 1st. Nick Krawick, Blais Trapani, Carlos Africa and James Filomeno came in second.

Sr. Girls: 1st place was secured by the team of Allison Giraldo, Annie Blanco, Jen Leary and Caroline Bianchi with Alexandra Rudolp, Amanda Fabus, Marianna Doyomis and Melanie Arelleno coming in 3rd.

Sr. Boys: Bryan Sallecker, Mike O’Sullivan, Treavor Aquino and Brendan Schick were part of the 2nd place team with Kevin Connolly, Tom Lilly, David Leary and Nick Pena the 3rdplace team.
