The Eastern Property Owners’ Association (EPOA) is pleased to announce its upcoming public meeting - scheduled for Monday, June 7, at 7:30 PM in the Lower Level of the Garden City Public Library.

This important meeting will provide residents of the East with updates on many critical issues facing the Village and the East in particular. Trustees Episcopia and Donnelly will be available to share information from the Board of Trustees and answer your questions. The meeting will also include the election Officers and Directors for the 2010-2011 term, and selection of four members of the Seven Member Nominating Committee. In addition, the EPOA will sponsor the Resident Electors’ Meeting to elect 10 members of the Garden City East Nominating Committee that proposes candidates for Village-wide offices, Village Board of Trustees and School Board Trustees.

A highlight of the meeting will be keynote speakers Cyril Smith and William Bellmer, who will be presenting intriguing information about the many historical buildings and landmarks in GC and in the East.
