Kiwanis Club St. Patrick’s Luncheon
Luncheon Co-Chair John Collins, President Louis Cappelli and Luncheon Co-Chair Patrick Curry
The Kiwanis Club of Garden City President Louis Cappelli invites everyone to attend the 55th Annual St. Patrick’s Luncheon on Thursday, March 11th in the Grand Ballroom at the Garden City Hotel. The luncheon starts promptly at 12 Noon but, plan to arrive at 11:30 to mingle.
If you have not previously had the pleasure of attending this event (one of the largest charity luncheons on Long Island) or even if you have joined us before, you have a real treat ahead of you. We have bag-pipers, corned beef and cabbage, a terrific comedian Joe Starr, music and singing and the opportunity to network with a myriad of movers and shakers in the business and political community. There are no speeches but, there are wonderful raffle prizes including a Grand Prize of two round-trip airline tickets to Ireland ! We are also noted for starting and ending this event on time at 2 PM.
All seating, as always, is on a first come, first serve basis based upon the receipt of your check, which is required for a reservation. Tables of 10 are $500 and we have a limited number of tables of 12 and 14 for $600 and $700, respectively.
All of the proceeds of the luncheon go to the Garden City Kiwanis Foundation which has a long history of support for youth oriented and other community charities. From college scholarships to assisting those in need of food, clothing, funds etc. to sending children to Kamp Kiwanis, your support of this event is what keeps us going. If you are unable to attend, we hope you will consider making a donation to the foundation.
RSVP and checks should be made payable to the Garden City Kiwanis Foundation and mailed to John Collins, Margolin, Winer and Evens LLP, 400 Garden City Plaza, Garden City, NY 11530
Any questions please call Luncheon Co-Chairs John Collins at 516-240-4361 or Patrick Curry at 516-485-5577.
Please join Kiwanians from all over the state, community leaders, and supporters in celebrating the best of Irish traditions.
