The Eastern Property Owners’ Association (EPOA) is pleased to announce that it will once again offer a $1,000 scholarship to a worthy high school senior from the East who plans to attend college full time in the fall.

Student candidates must be involved in some form of community service and they and/or their families must be dues-paying members of the EPOA. They may attend public or private school.
