The Auxiliary of the Garden City Community Church held a meeting on the evening of February 3rd to install its new officers (shown in photo). The Reverend Lynn Sullivan performed the installation ceremony and gave each officer a small envelope containing meaningful symbols of her position.

Delicious desserts, baked by Hospitality Director Kimberly Pauley, were served to all in attendance and a “Fun Auction” followed. Proceeds of the auction were donated to the “30 Hour Famine” being sponsored by the youth of the church.

Garden City Community Church is part of the United Church of Christ. Worship services are Sundays at 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., with church school for children and a crib room for infants and toddlers at the later service.
