The Children’s Medical Fund, Garden City Chapter, invites you to two events in March.

“March in like a Lion” with our Ladies Self-Defense Class on Thursday March 4th at 7:45pm taught by World Champion Michael Ryan of “Michael Ryan’s Martial Arts & Fitness Studio,” 319 Nassau Blvd. Garden City South.

“March out like a Lamb” with Beauty from the Inside Out on Wednesday, March 24th at 7:30pm . A personal Lecture presented by Sima of “Sima Skin Care Spa” with Debra Appel, certified Life Coach, 230 Hilton Ave, Garden City. (lower level suite 2, entrance in the back)

The donation is $20 per event or attend both for $35.

Refreshments will be served at both venues.
