Audrey White The Music Academy of Garden City is pleased to announce that Audrey White is February 2010’s Musician of the Month! Audrey has been taking piano lessons at the Music Academy for two and a half years, and is currently studying with Peter Coco. Audrey is a fourth grader at St. Joseph’s, and also plays the clarinet in school. She practices at least four days a week, and cites Selena Gomez as her favorite musician. Her favorite piano piece to play is the “Tarantella.” Audrey’s teacher Peter describes her as “very motivated and a pleasure to teach.” He also says that Audrey “is always prepared and willingly accepts new challenges in the lessons.” Everyone at the Music Academy wishes Audrey continued success in her musical career!
