LIRR President to Speak at Community Club

Speaker at the Community Club, Helena E. Williams, President if the LIRR Helena E. Williams, President of the Long Island Railroad, will be the speaker at the meeting of the Community Club on February 18 th at the Garden City Casino at 1:30 p.m.

Ms. Williams also serves as interim Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Metropolitan Transportation authority. Her subject will be “Women and the Railroad.”

Florence Freda and Joan Dixon, Co-Chairs of the Americanism/Current Events department of the Community Club, invite members and their guests to stay for refreshments following the program.
