Kyle Skramko won the NYC/NY Knicks Regional ( for boys 13-14 years old) and we are proud to say is one of only two boys in the country that qualified for the NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP to be held in Dallas February 12th-15th during the NBA ALL STAR Weekend!

NBA Fit is sponsored by SINGULAIR/Merck. The NBA FIT/ WNBA FIT Challenge is free for boys and girls ages 14 and under, and encourages participants to maintain healthy, active lifestyles. The competition offers more than 100,000 youngsters the chance to demonstrate their physical fitness through a time-based fitness course that includes line sprints, jump rope, speed revolutions, wall passes, and defensive shuffles. The challenge tests participants’ speed, strength, agility, and overall physical fitness. Local competitions take place nationwide from September through November and regional competitions ran through January 2010 in all NBA Markets and (5) D-League markets.

The focus of Garden City Basketball is our intramural program. Our greater mission is to provide a wonderful experience for all of our participants so that a love for the game of basketball will be nurtured and developed.
