Community Club’s Holiday Party For Members

On Wednesday, December 16, 2009 the Community Club of Garden City and Hempstead held its 3rd annual membership Holiday Party at 1:00 p.m. at the Garden City Casino. Started by immediate past president Marye Heston in 2007, the party is a special way for all members of the club to get together and share some informal socializing during the holiday time. Each member attending was asked to help fill our buffet table by bringing either a dessert, an appetizer or an entree that could easily be served individually. What a delicious array of food we had and we thank all who contributed and helped with the party preparation.
