Seventy-eight young musicians from Garden City Public Schools in grades 6 - 12 were selected to the 2010 Nassau County Music Educators Association’s All-County Festival held at the Tilles Center for the Performing Arts, January 10 -17. Students were chosen to perform along with other top musicians from across Nassau County in Band, Chorus, Mixed Chorus, Orchestra, Vocal Jazz, or Jazz Band groups at seven different concerts spanning the two January weekends. Selected Garden City students represented all eligible schools and included:

Stewart School: Patrick Carman, Caroline Kaczynski, Meghan Martin (Band); Olivia Connors, Brendan Coors, Maegan Emmert, Julia Foxen, Joanna Humbert, Isabel Megale, Emma Philippas, Quinn Walsh (Chorus), and Andrea Choi (Orchestra).
