Four Garden City High School seniors were honored with selection as performers at the upcoming 2010 New York Sate Band Directors Association (NYSBDA) Symposium in Syracuse, New York to be held on March 5th - 7th. “This is akin to an All-State distinction as some of the finest band students from across the state compete for this honor,” commented teacher James McCrann. “They’re selection was based on my recommendation, along with their high achievement on their All-State solos and their overall music resumes.”
