Reverend Jim Adelmann and his wife, Chris. The Garden City Community Church had their annual Advent Breakfast last Sunday to celebrate the beginning of the Christmas season. The public was invited to the festive event. Everyone enjoyed a delicious breakfast cooked by members of the Membership, Life and Development Committee, who organized the event. Attendees were able to pick names of deserving children from the felt tree banner to buy Christmas gifts for Chino’s Kids. Children completed a Christmas craft they were able to take home to put in their window or use as an ornament.
