St. Joseph School Runs “Operation Christmas Child”

The Student Council at St. Joseph School, supervised by Miss. Jaegers, is committed to service. Throughout the year, the students take on many service-related projects similar to “Operation Christmas Child”. This year, the students at St. Joseph School each paid $2 to have a red and green dress down day. They raised enough money to pay for the shipping of the beautifully decorated shoeboxes containing gloves, hats, socks and small toys. The students then brought the boxes to the post office. These boxes will be received by children who might not otherwise receive Christmas treats. The Student Council, along with the school, remains committed to service to others, especially at this time of the year. Merry Christmas and thank you to all who donated to our project.
