Feldis Florist was judged “Toast of the Town” The judging of the 31st annual Holiday Window Competition, a segment of the Garden City chamber’s Holiday Program will be the held next Thursday, December 10 beginning at 4:30 p.m. Judges,representing Garden City’s four Property Owners’ Associations, the Garden City Historical Society along with professional artist, Suzie Alvey will choose the top ten winners on Franklin Avenue and Seventh Street; one winner on New Hyde Park Road plus one “Toast of the Town” (best overall) winner.

Winners will be publicized and photographed for the local press, and presented with framed award certificates designed by Suzie Alvey. Windows throughout the business districts will be judged for holiday spirit, and creativity.
