Coat Drive:

The Garden City High School will be collecting coats for the winter until Wednesday, December 16th. Gently used jackets and coats for all men, women and children, in all sizes are needed! They will be donated to St. Anne’s and the Mary Brennan Inn, in Hempstead. Any donations are welcome. Please drop them off at the Merillon Avenue bus circle entrance. Thank you for your help and support!

Key Food/Kings Drive:

This past Sunday, November 15th, from 10 AM to 4 PM, the Key and Interact Club members collected two car loads of canned goods. They collected outside of the local Key Food and Kings. These were donated to the Mary Brennan Inn and a Food Pantry in Roosevelt. Thank you for your generosity in helping those in need.

Teddy Bear Drive:

The Garden City High School Key and Interact Clubs are holding their annual Teddy Bear Drive from Monday, November 23rd to Wednesday, December 23rd. Please help provide for children in hospitals during the holidays. This drive has been successful in prior holiday seasons, so please us help keep up the tradition! Donations will be displayed in the Garden City High School library front windows until December 23rd. Thank you!

Home Room Food Drive:

The competition is starting! We will be collecting non-perishables food items during homeroom. This year’s Food Drive will start on Monday, November 23rd and run until Friday, December 18th. The home room with the most cans and food items collected at the end of the contest will win a bagel breakfast. Proceeds will be given to the Food Pantry in Roosevelt and the Mary Brennan Inn. Please help us provide for others during this holiday season. Thank you again for your generosity!
