Melva Victorino and Peg Mainusch sold baked goods in the Gourmet Shop. The Garden City Community Church Auxiliary changed the date of its Election Day Fair this year to Saturday, November 7. The break in a long-standing tradition proved to be successful. The Fair had more church members volunteer than in recent years and more shoppers took advantage of stopping by on a beautiful fall day. Many thanks to Fair co-chairpersons Nancy Layton-Ziems and Linda Gambardella and Auxiliary President (and Chef) Kimberly Pauley.
