Next Thursday evening, November 19, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Lord & Taylor will once again graciously host the Garden City Chamber’s 7th annual “Taste of Garden City” networking gala. Showcased within the Men’s Department, local member restaurants and eateries will provide samplings of their finest culinary specialties. (No need to cook or eat out following THIS event!) Several participating restaurants include Grimaldi’s, Kings Supermarket, La Bottega, the Lord & Taylor Café, Orchid, Seventh Street Café, Sushi Ya and Upper Crust Café, with many other member restaurants in the process of signing on. Additionally, AAA will offer a special Holiday Punch!

Lord & Taylor will be festively decorated for the Holiday Season and there will be plenty of time for holiday shopping throughout the store. Everyone is welcome to this not-too-be-missed event. Advance reservations are required at $25 for Chamber members; $30 for non-members (Guests of Chamber members will be admitted at the Chamber fee) For last minute reservations, please call Liz at the Chamber (746-7724, Ext. 101). Credit cards will be accepted. The fee may be collected at the entrance to Lord & Taylor’s Men’s Department.
