Brownie Troop #1253 went shopping using their own dues monies that they collected week-to-week last year to purchase food to stock the shelves at the Mary Brennan Inn in Hempstead for Thanksgiving. What a great way to give back and serve the neighboring community at the beginning of the holiday season.
