Co-captain, Emily Menges and her mom, Liz Menges The GCHS Girls’ varsity soccer team celebrated “Senior Day” with their moms last week. The team is graduating 12 seniors at the end of this season. On Senior Day, the senior players and their moms exchange flowers immediately prior to the last home game of the regular season, and is a longstanding tradition in Garden City.
