Harvest Fair At UUCCN
Elizabeth Atakora and Doris Muench are helping Anna Lea Smith make more apple pies to sell at the Harvest Fair. At the Unitarian Universalist Congregation in Garden City on November 6th 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. and November 7th 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
So many pies were sold during October at the Pumpkin Patch that more pies were needed to be baked for the Harvest Fair. Those who enjoyed the pies in October now have the opportunity to purchase more in November. The pies may be frozen and saved for Thanksgiving.
In addition to the Bake Table at the Fair, there will be Colectibles, Crafts, Books, Kids and Garage Sales rooms. Admission is $3.00 on Friday evening for the best selections, It is free on Saturday, when we also have a Silent Auction and Raffles. A Snack Bar and an all-you-can-eat Gourmet Luncheon are also available on November 7th .
We hope to see you at our annual Harvest Fair at the corner of Steward Ave. and Nassau Blvd. Our congregation is often referred to as the Pumpkin Church.
