Please join us in celebrating Garden City Public Schools Homecoming, this Saturday, October 24th starting with the Homecoming Parade at 11:30 a.m. on Seventh Street during the annual Fall Festival Street Fair. The Marching Band will lead the parade up Rockaway Avenue to the high school where the kick-off for the Homecoming football game, Garden City Trojans versus Franklin Square’s Carey High School, is at 1:30 p.m.

2009 School Investment Bond Vote

Voting for the proposed 2009 School Investment Bond will take place in the Garden City High School gymnasium on Tuesday, October 27, 2009, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Only registered voters may participate in the vote. Absentee ballots may be filled out at the District Clerk’s office, 56 Cathedral Avenue, until the day before the vote.
