Local resident Lana Noone recently presented a solo flute program titled “Flute Magic” at the Bethpage Library.

She spoke about her career as a classical flutist with several orchestras and at various venues (including the Edinborough Music Festival, Scotland, Orchestra of America and the Colorado Philharmonic, among others) and performed selections ranging from the 17th through 20th centuries (from Pachelbel to John Denver and the Beatles).
