Harvest Fair November 7th
Retired Garden City Teachers Sally O’Shea, Margaret and Antoinette Laccone, and Anna Lea Smith enjoy the many treasured recipes of UUCCN members at the Gourmet Luncheon featured at the Harvest Fair to be held on Saturday, Nov. 7th
The corner of Stewart Ave. and Nassau Blvd. has been busy during October selling pumpkins and mums.
November’s Harvest Fair also attracts many visitors to the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Central Nassau. In addition to the free Saturday events on Nov. 7th from 10 a.m. to 4p.m., there will be a preview on Friday, Nov. 6th from 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. with a $3.00 admission fee, for those who want to have the best selection of items from Collectibles, Garage Sale, Kids Store, Books, Bake Table, and Crafts.
A Silent Auction and Raffle are among Saturdays activities, as well as the Gourmet Luncheon and Snack Bar.
Those who enjoyed the baked goods purchased at the Pumpkin Patch will want to get more of the delicious assortment of goodies.
We enjoy sharing the celebration of autumn at UUCCN.
