FLU Season Is Here

It May Be Repetitious, But This is Important

The Flu season is upon us. It’s serious. Use the spray, remove standing water, leave the golf ball in the high rough. Be careful and get your flu shots. The standard flu vaccine is available now. The Swine vaccine should be coming along in mid October. You should get both shots. Pester your Doctor until you get them both.

Meanwhile Felicia will maintain the same schedule for another week or two. Twice a day , three times a week. Isn’t she lovely? Join her any Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:15 or 10:30 AM. Classes are free and the exercise is great.

Another great way to exercise ... Bowling ... Come bowl with us at Herrill lanes. You will be happy with the results.
