Garden City resident and Broadway and TV star Susan Lucci will be the keynote speaker at The Garden City Historical Society’s St. Paul’s Forum II, “The Real Costs of Demolition” on Wednesday October 7th at 7pm at Cluett Hall at the St. Paul’s complex. The Society will present four panelists from the National Trust For Historic Preservation, the Roslyn Landmark Society, Morgan Keegan & Co. who are municipal finance experts, and a LEED accredited architect. They will explain the benefits of preserving the historic St. Paul’s building, and the “real costs” of the Village’s proposal to demolish the structure.
