“America the Beautiful”
“America the Beautiful” The students of St. Joseph School marked the 8th anniversary of 9/11 on Friday with their opening school Mass. In addition to reminding the students to remember to trust in God, the students and congregation listened as each of the names of the Garden City residents lost that day were read. As they exited, all were invited to take a penny, and look at it to remember “In God We Trust”.
