Join us for a tour of Darwin’s Islands to see incredible birds, marine iguanas, giant land tortoises and cacti that grow tall as trees. The Galapagos Islands possess an untamed beauty & enchantment giving the feeling of being on another planet. Although mere specks in the Pacific Ocean, these volcanic islands have emerged as one of the most significant biological wonders on earth. The year 2009 marks the 200th birthday of Charles Darwin.

Mickey Maxwell Cohen has ventured 19 times as a tour leader to the Galapagos Islands. He has given natural history-related courses for 18 years at the New School for Social Research in NYC. Mr. Cohen is retired from his role as Chairman of the Department of Science & Oceanography at Beach Channel High School in Rockaway Park.
