Concert At Garden Stage

Julia Joseph and Milton will perform at Garden Stage at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation in Garden City, NY on Friday, October 2nd at 8 p.m.

Julia Joseph and Milton have been performing and touring singer/songwriters, bandleaders and regulars on the live music scene in New York City for a number of years. They share a love of classic country and Rhythm & Blues songs. Julia can often be caught moonlighting as a singer in Milton’s band and Milton often sits in with Julia’s group in live shows.

Both artists are standouts in their musical and lyrical craft. Julia’s debut release “Hush” won the 2008 Independent Music Awards Popular vote for best Folk/Singer-Songwriter Album. Milton’s latest release “Grand Hotel” reached the national Americana radio top 20 and includes the song “Booker,” featured in January as NPR’s song of the day.

Showtime is 8 pm (doors open at 7:15), Tickets $15 in advance $17 at the door
