Health And Fitness -

FLU Season Is Here

The warning signs are coming fast and furious. As the flu season approaches we must be extra careful and protective. Use the spray, remove standing water, don't go after the golf ball in the high rough and most important get your flu shots . This year you should get two shots, one for the standard flu we get every year and one for the swine flu. You will not necessarily get them at the same time, but you should get both shots. Pester your doctor until you get them both.

Meanwhile Felicia will maintain the same schedule for another week or two. Twice a day , three times a week. Isn't she lovely? Join her any Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:15 or 10:30 AM. Classes are free and the exercise is great.
