The annual Green and White tournament was held on Tuesday, August 25th at the Cherry Valley Club. The lady eighteen-holers were split down the middle into two teams, half on the green team the other half playing for the white team. The two-woman teams were picked by the committee based on handicaps.

This event was a match play partner's better ball with full handicap. The two-woman teams battled each other for one point per hole for a possible total of eighteen points. At the end of eighteen holes each side tallied up their points depending on whether they won the hole (one point), halved the hole (one half point) or lost the hole (zero points). Each teams' points were then added to their respective teams' total points for the day.

At the end of the competition it was the white team that prevailed with a total of 118 1/2 points versus the green teams' total of 115 1/2 points.
