Alyssandrea Hamad and Arman Ebrahimpour Dr. Alyssandrea Hope Hamad and Dr. Arman Ebrahimpour were married in a private ceremony in Cincinnati, Ohio on August 19, 2009.

Sandi is the daughter of Dr. Delfin Hamad, a retired surgeon and Dr. Electa Zabat-Hamad, retired pediatrician, of Garden City where they have lived for 38 years. She was the class Salutatorian of the Class 1992 of Garden City High School. She graduated from Brown University with the Degree of Bachelor of Science in Chemistry in 1996. She received a Master of Science Degree in Analytical Chemistry from Bucknell University in 1998, and got her doctorate in Polymer Chemistry from Cornell University in 2004. She is currently a Senior Scientist at Procter and Gamble in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Arman is the son of Mohammad and Parry Ebrahimpour of Kingston, Rhode Island. He graduated from Newman Preparatory School in Boston, Massachusetts in 1979. He received a degree of Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nebraska in 1984; his PhD in Physical Chemistry from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1990; and MBA in International Business Management from the University of Cincinnati in 2002. He is now a Senior Purchasing Manager at Procter and Gamble in Cincinnati.

The couple have their residence in Cincinnati, Ohio.
