Kevin C. Seiferth of Garden City, NY, graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Western New England College on May 16. Cum laude honors, signifying scholastic excellence, are awarded at graduation to students who have achieved a grade point average between 3.30 and 3.60.
