GCAA, an enmity that has been running sports in Garden City for over 50 years, is now accepting applications for GCAA Basketball. The application can be downloaded from the GCAA website, www.gc-aa.com . Please sign up for GCAA Basketball early as the number of registrants in our program will determine the amount of court time GCAA will receive in the 2009-2010 season. Last season, the GCAA had over 52 intramural teams, 17 travel teams, over 200 K-1 clinic participants and over 100 players in our Challenger Program. We expect even more teams in the 2009-2010 season so please sign up now. GCAA Basketball will be allocated Saturday morning times in the St. Paul's facility for the upcoming season although it is too early to project the exact times for each particular grade or division.

This year, GCAA Basketball will once again structure real games for 2nd grade boys and 2-3 girls. In addition, we will offer a 7-8 boys division that will have standings and playoffs with the intent to make it a more formal league in 2009-2010.

The cost for the K-1 Clinics will be $40 and the cost of intramurals for 2nd grade and higher will be $60
