Winner In "It Ought To Be A Law" Competition

Payton Seltenreich, a fifth grade student of Ms. Kelly Benito at the Stewart School, was recently awarded first prize in the 2009 "It Ought to Be a Law" competition, sponsored by Senator Kemp Hannon. At a ceremony held on Thursday, May 21, 2009 at Levittown Hall in Hicksville, the first place prize winners were presented and honored with an award by the Senator.
