The Garden City Community Council on Substance Abuse and Violence Prevention and the PTA will be sponsoring the fourth annual Prom-a-palooza, a pre-prom event for all prom attendees and their families on Thursday, June 25th at 6PM! Come students, dates, families and extended families and enjoy mixing and mingling as a start to a fabulous and memorable evening. Local merchants are generously supplying light refreshments for all who attend this event. It will be a wonderful opportunity to see all of your friends and their dates in their prom attire, chat, take group photos and relish the moment! This year's Prom-a-palooza begins at 6:00 P.M. on Thursday, June 25, 2009 at the Garden City High School library and adjacent courtyard. The ambiance of the beautifully decorated High School Library and courtyard make for a true complement to the picture perfect photo shoot areas. Make sure to capture the memories with photograghs of family, friends, teachers and staff before embarking on the luxury buses as you journey to your prom destination.

Transportation from the Prom-a-palooza to the Garden City Hotel will be provided by the High School Administration in an effort to make this evening as safe as possible for all who will be attending the prom!
