Mary Ellen Buckley, GC AHRC board member, hosts the annual membership tea to aid special children and adults on Tuesday June 23. Garden City AHRC will hold its annual membership tea on Tuesday, June 23, 11a.m. until 2 p.m., at the lovely Garden City home of Mary Ellen Buckley.

AHRC Nassau is a not-for-profit member-based organization providing ongoing support to children and adults with intellectual and other developmental disabilities, including autism. Your membership greatly aids in the continuing effort to improve the lives of the individuals and families served by AHRC.

The tea offers an opportunity to join AHRC as a new member, renew an existing membership, or just spend a pleasant afternoon chatting with friends and neighbors. A delicious gourmet tea table will be set out for all to enjoy.

As an AHRC member you will receive a complimentary invitation to attend the Annual Membership Luncheon and Fashion Show held every September at the AHRC Nassau's Brookville mansion. Also, you will receive the AHRC Nassau News, the agency's quarterly newsletter.

Attendance at the tea is free of charge. Please bring a friend. Dues remain at $15 for the year.
