The Garden City Retired Men's Club is a non-profit membership organization formed in April 1961 for the purpose of providing educational and recreational activities for the retired male senior citizens of the Garden City Community. The organization is non-sectarian and non-political.

All retired men 55 years or older residing in the Incorporated Village of Garden City, in the state of New York are eligible for membership upon paying a five (5) dollar initiation fee. If you are eligible and interested in joining us, please come by. Every Monday is Open House. Or call Joe Leto at 248-9022.

The Club House facility is located at No. 6 Golf Club Lane (directly behind Lord & Taylor parking lot). The building is open every day of the week, except Friday, and offers two regulation size pool tables, television, cards/table board games as well as outdoor bocce, horseshoes and shuffleboard. Our Program Committee is planning a very active speaker program. You are invited to join us!

It's Time For An In-House Party

Monday June 8 th is the date for our next In-House Party. Rudy Kaiser is ready to serve up the usual hero/salad dishes along with a special hot dish. The invitations have been mailed and the responses are coming in. The first annual cookout/birthday party for our 70 and 75 year old members is on the way. Among his topic will be "Investing in the current low interest rate environment," "advantages of having you money professionally managed" and a discussion on the current investment climate.
