Marilyn Rivara double prize winner. The Cathedral Women's 49th Geranium Bridge on May 14, 2009 in Cathedral House was the success that bridge players have come to expect of this organization's event. Guests declared the desserts, as well as the homemade cookies and lemonade served throughout the afternoon, to be delicious and the prizes, as always, outstanding. Many tickets were purchased for chances on a broad array of unique items as well as for five special prizes, each valued at $100. These included jewelry, a Vera Bradley bag and shopping sprees at Nordstroms and Lord & Taylor. The five lucky winners were Edythe Cox, M. Gibbons, Anna Mae Richter and Rose McCarthy. Other prize winners included Grace Fishman, Anne Comunale, Bea Zwicke, Pat Hall, Pauline Mastandria, Claire Burns, Marilyn Rivara, Lucille Cavaleri and Teresa Hayden.
